On December 1969, two young students made the bet to serve grilled meat in a wine cellar.
The entrance were bloked by a grove. So a few digging work later, the door was clear.
Le Restaurant Bousquet was rom.

More than 40 years later the menu remains the same.
If they won their bet, we hope to do the same.
